Conclusion of the contract
3.1 The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer; they are a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.
3.3 After submitting your order, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. This does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by dispatching the goods or by expressly declaring acceptance. -
Prices, currency and shipping costs
4.1 Prices are stated in CHF or EUR (depending on the shop setting or checkout) and include the applicable value-added tax, where due.
4.2 Shipping costs are charged in addition. They are displayed during the ordering process before the order is submitted. -

5.1 We deliver to Switzerland and, depending on the selection available at checkout, to EU/EEA countries.
5.2 Delivery times (guidelines, unless otherwise stated for a product):

Payment, due date and late payment
6.1 Payments are due when the contract is concluded, and no later than when the goods are dispatched.
6.2 The following payment methods may be available, depending on the checkout selection: credit card/Stripe, PayPal, TWINT, bank transfer, purchase on account through POWERPAY (MF Group), and SEPA direct debit (EU), if offered.
6.3 In the event of late payment, we may charge a reasonable reminder fee and demonstrable collection or default costs. -
Purchase on account / POWERPAY (MF Group)
7.1 If “Purchase on Account” (POWERPAY) is selected, invoicing and payment processing are handled by POWERPAY/MF Group. Depending on the product or process, POWERPAY may carry out an identity and/or credit check.
7.2 Claims arising from a purchase on account may be assigned to MF Group. In that case, payment will discharge the debt only if made to the recipient specified on the invoice.
7.3 The current terms and information of POWERPAY/MF Group also apply. -
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of PerAnimal GmbH until payment has been made in full. -
Returns and statutory withdrawal
9.1 For deliveries to Switzerland, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for goods that conform to the contract and are free from defects, including unopened goods.
9.2 Mandatory consumer rights of withdrawal under applicable law, particularly in the EU/EEA, remain unaffected. Details are set out in our Right of Withdrawal information.
9.3 Statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected, irrespective of the country of delivery.
9.4 Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, return costs, deadlines and refunds are governed by our Right of Withdrawal information and applicable mandatory law. -
Warranty / notification of defects (Switzerland)
10.1 Consumers have the statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations.
10.2 Businesses must report obvious defects in writing within five working days of receipt; otherwise, the products are deemed accepted. -
Set-off and right of retention
11.1 Set-off is permitted only if counterclaims have been finally established by a court or are undisputed.
11.2 A right of retention exists only if the counterclaim arises from the same contractual relationship. -

12.1 For consumers, risk passes when the goods are handed over to them.
12.2 For businesses, risk passes when the goods are handed over to the shipping provider. -
Liability
13.1 We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
13.2 In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and only up to the amount of foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
13.3 Liability under the Swiss Product Liability Act (PrHG) remains unaffected.
13.4 Product/application notice: Our products are not medicines and do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Use is the responsibility of the animal’s owner.
