Right of Withdrawal

A) Switzerland (customers with a delivery address in Switzerland)

1. No general statutory right of withdrawal
   As a general rule, Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

2. No voluntary returns
   For deliveries to Switzerland, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for goods that conform to the contract and are free from defects, including unopened goods.

3. Defects and incorrect deliveries
   Statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods and other mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

This version applies to orders placed on or after 6 October 2026. Orders concluded earlier remain subject to the terms agreed when the contract was made.

B) EU/EEA addendum (customers with a delivery address in the EU/EEA)

1. Statutory right of withdrawal
   Where mandatory EU/EEA consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days. The period begins when you or a person you nominate (other than the carrier) receives the goods; if goods from one order are delivered separately, it begins on receipt of the last item. To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement before the period expires by post to PerAnimal GmbH, Wiesterrasse 4a, 6037 Root, Switzerland, by email to sales@peranimal.com, or through the online withdrawal function. If you use the online function, we will promptly send you an email acknowledgement containing your statement and the date and time it was received. Use of the model form is optional.

2. Consequences of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
   Following a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method are excluded. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; no fee will be charged for the refund. Store credit will be used only with your express consent. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

3. Return shipping costs (EU/EEA)
   Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal to PerAnimal GmbH, Wiesterrasse 4a, 6037 Root, Switzerland. Sending the goods before the period expires is sufficient. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly offer to cover it. You are liable for any diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Hygiene/seal exception (EU/EEA)
   For sealed goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost if the seal is removed after delivery. Whether this exception applies must be assessed for the particular goods under applicable law; it does not automatically cover all products.
